Before a cosmetic product reaches consumers, brands and manufacturers often go through countless rounds of sampling, revisions, and communication throughout the packaging development process.

Design teams review colors and finishing options.
    Development teams adjust manufacturing specifications.
Manufacturers repeatedly produce samples for validation and approval.

In many cases, these workflows can take 6 to 8 weeks — with significant operational costs hidden behind repeated iteration and fragmented communication.

MOLDWORK began with a simple question:

How can cosmetic packaging development become more efficient through digital workflows?

Now, that vision is taking another step forward through a strategic collaboration with one of Korea’s leading beauty companies.

In June 2025, Quad.BE officially signed a supply agreement with AMOREPACIFIC, one of Korea’s leading beauty companies, for the implementation of the MOLDWORK platform.

On the 24th of last month, Quad.BE announced that it had signed an official supply agreement with AMOREPACIFIC to provide its 3D simulation-based commerce platform, MOLDWORK, and that both companies would begin pursuing a long-term collaborative partnership.

This agreement goes beyond the simple adoption of a platform. It is based on a full-cycle collaboration model that encompasses product design planning, real-time validation through 3D simulation, manufacturing integration, and digital commerce applications.

AMOREPACIFIC plans to strategically utilize MOLDWORK across various areas including new product planning, cosmetic packaging design, and marketing visualization.

MOLDWORK is an XR-based platform capable of simulating products in 3D while extending into manufacturing integration and the digital assetization of order and sales operations.

The platform provides an agile product planning and manufacturing-linked ordering environment that enables companies to respond quickly to rapidly changing consumer trends.

Through this agreement, Quad.BE is expected to further strengthen its position as a key partner capable of accelerating digital transformation (DX) across both domestic and global beauty industries.

Sungmin Park, CEO of Quad.BE, stated:

“This strategic collaboration with AMOREPACIFIC reflects recognition of MOLDWORK’s technological capabilities and platform value.

We will continue expanding collaborations with major companies both in Korea and globally to lead innovation across the digital manufacturing ecosystem.”

Toward More Connected Cosmetic Packaging Workflows

As beauty product cycles continue accelerating, the need for digitally connected packaging workflows is becoming increasingly important across the industry.

Through real-time 3D simulation and connected manufacturing workflows, MOLDWORK aims to help brands and manufacturers reduce unnecessary iteration, improve collaboration, and streamline cosmetic packaging development.

This collaboration with AMOREPACIFIC represents another step toward the digital transformation of beauty packaging workflows.
